Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 7, 2026

This Return & Refund Policy (this "Policy") governs all returns, refunds, and exchanges of Products purchased through the Services and is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings assigned in the Terms of Use. BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY.

1. General Return Window

1.1. Except as otherwise provided in this Policy, eligible physical Products may be returned within thirty (30) days of the delivery date, as evidenced by carrier tracking records, for a refund of the purchase price, exclusive of original shipping charges.

1.2. To be eligible for return, a Product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, with all seals intact where applicable.

2. Consumable Goods — Health and Safety Exclusion

2.1. FOR REASONS OF HEALTH, SAFETY, AND PRODUCT INTEGRITY, CONSUMABLE GOODS — INCLUDING HERBS, BOTANICALS, OILS, TEAS, POWDERS, AND DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS — ARE FINAL SALE ONCE THE FACTORY SEAL IS BROKEN OR THE PACKAGING IS OPENED, AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 4 (DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS).

2.2. Unopened Consumable Goods with all seals intact may be returned within the window stated in Section 1, subject to inspection upon receipt.

3. Digital Goods

3.1. ALL SALES OF DIGITAL GOODS ARE FINAL UPON COMMENCEMENT OF DOWNLOAD, STREAMING, OR ACCESS. By purchasing Digital Goods, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you thereby waive any statutory right of withdrawal.

3.2. Notwithstanding Section 3.1, if a Digital Good is materially defective or inaccessible due to a fault attributable to the Company, and the Company cannot remedy the defect within a reasonable time, you will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price as your sole and exclusive remedy.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

4.1. If a Product arrives damaged, defective, or differs materially from what was ordered, you must notify the Company within seven (7) days of delivery, providing your order number and photographic evidence of the condition of the Product and its packaging.

4.2. Upon verification, the Company will, at its election, (a) ship a replacement at no cost to you, or (b) issue a full refund including original shipping charges. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for damaged, defective, or incorrect Products, without prejudice to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

5. Return Procedure

5.1. Prior authorization is required for all returns. To initiate a return, contact the Company with your order number and the reason for return. Unauthorized returns may be refused or discarded without refund.

5.2. Upon authorization, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by you, except for returns under Section 4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method; the Company is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

5.3. Returned Products are subject to inspection. Products that fail inspection (used, opened, damaged by the customer, or missing components) may be refused, returned to you at your expense, or refunded subject to a deduction reflecting diminished value.

6. Refund Processing

6.1. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned Product, or of our verification under Section 4, as applicable. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.

6.2. Where the original payment method is unavailable, refunds may be issued by store credit or other commercially reasonable means.

7. Exchanges

7.1. Exchanges are processed as a return under this Policy followed by a new order, subject to Product availability.

8. Chargebacks and Abuse

8.1. You agree to contact the Company and pursue the remedies in this Policy before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. The Company reserves the right to dispute chargebacks it reasonably believes to be invalid and to suspend Services or refuse future orders in cases of fraudulent or abusive return activity, including serial returns and false damage claims.

9. Statutory Rights

9.1. This Policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction. Where applicable law grants you rights greater than those provided herein, such law controls to the extent of the conflict.

10. Modifications

10.1. The Company may revise this Policy at any time; the version in effect at the time of your order governs that order.
